Birth prep workshop this Sunday with your birth partner. It is a relaxed three hour workshop full of tips and tricks to help you and your birth partner during the labour and the birth. Let your birth partner find their way and what they’re comfortable with doing and saying and how they can help you physically and emotionally when welcoming your baby into this world.

Last workshop of the year, November 23, 2025. €90 per couple includes handouts and refreshments.
This is a very relaxed and welcoming workshop to help both parents prepare for the labour and birth of Baby. We will focus on labouring positions in standing, all fours or lying in the bed. We will have a break halfway through and then go through the handouts with questions and answers and at the end my husband pops in to share his experience on the journey
