Thank you to everyone who donated and turned up this morning for an amazing yoga class in aid of the RNLI. Special thanks Martin Sweeney for preparing so delicious healthy treats and to one little girl who helped me teach the class. €410 raised so far.

OUTDOOR YOGA
Charity Fundraiser.
Come join me on Saturday 14th May at 11am in the beautiful village of Crosshaven (@ the point) for a revitalising yoga class followed by some treats just for you. Just bring your yoga mat, a blanket and of course don't forget your donation.
