Live Music and Meditation collaboration with FARD and achingly beautiful Harp and Voice duo. On Sunday Oct 13th at 8pm.
I had the pleasure of hearing FARD on Inis Oirr this summer and I’ve been dreaming of hearing them play in my studios since.
I will open the session with some simple mindfulness meditation to ground and open us to the music. The concert can be enjoyed sitting or lying down, their enchanting and heartbreakingly beautiful music will be followed by tea and cake.
