Ended up finishing second but still not bad. Playing ITCA in the quarter final pre-lim of the champiomship tomorrow morning. HON CIT!
Lads will ye comment on this message if ye are available to go to the Intervarsities in Dundalk on the 6-8th of February, We need numbers ASAP!! as we need to get tickets, hotel room etc and we also need to know if we can fill a B team.
CIT A are playing Carlow B tomorrow evening in the common room.
First game of the year lads so big performance needed. If ye can will ye try and make it down for 5.30 so we can get a few practice games and try and level the tables etc.

Results from the conclusion of the CIT Pool League:
Quarter Finals:
Harry Cronin 4 - 0 Patrick Mulcahy
Shaun Coakley 2 - 4 Aidan O Sullivan
Semi Finals:
Niall Marshall 5 - 0 Harry Cronin
Sean Sexton 5 - 3 Aidan O Sullivan
Final:
Niall Marshall 5 - 6 Sean Sexton
Congrats to Sean Sexton on winning the League in a tight match which saw many turns throughout the game. Niall was 2 nil up, Sean then went 5 - 3 up and in the end it went to a decider and down to the final black where Sean clinched victory.
Its been a good year for the club and plenty of craic was had along the way with some great results throughout the year.
I hope everyone who is back in CIT next year will carry the club forward and help build and develop the club further. Its been a great 4 years for me watching the club improve every year and now we are well able to compete with the best teams in the country.
