One took on a shovel. One got out of the car. One tried lifting heavy.

IIt’s about so much more than the training.
It’s the chats before class, the encouragement when things get tough and the people who notice when you haven’t been in. That’s what makes this Gym feel different.

EDUCATION - Why should you stay lifting weights when you get older?
Recovery isn't the reward for training.
It's part of the training.
You don't get fitter, stronger or faster just by working hard. Your body adapts when you recover.
If you're constantly exhausted, always sore, skipping sleep or pushing through every session, you could be holding yourself back rather than moving forward.
The strongest athletes know when to push.
The smartest athletes know when to recover.
Train hard. Recover well. Repeat.
Walking into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating.
You wonder if you'll fit in, if you'll know what you're doing, or if everyone else is miles ahead.
The reality at Bandon Strength & Conditioning is completely different.
From the moment you walk through the door, you're welcomed, supported, and coached every step of the way. No pressure, no judgement, just people who genuinely want to see you succeed!
The hardest part is walking through the door.
Congratulations to Teddy on his new Dad life🤣
Life looks a little different when you've got a little one.
Some days you're running on very little sleep, your routine is all over the place, and finding an hour for yourself can feel impossible.
But taking that time isn't about being selfish. It's about doing something that makes you feel like you again.
A chance to move, clear your head, get a little stronger, and spend time with other parents who just get it.
Look after yourself too, it's important!!
Training isn't just for athletes.
It isn't just for people who already know what they're doing.
And it definitely isn't just for one age or fitness level.
Training is for everyone!!🫡
Whether you're looking to get stronger, improve your fitness, have more energy, or simply feel better in yourself, there's a place for you here.
You don't have to be fit to start, you just have to start.
Come as you are. We'll help with the rest.
Your 40s don't mean slowing down. They mean training smarter👀
Recovery matters more. Mobility matters more. Strength matters more.
It's not about proving how hard you can train every session, it's about training in a way that keeps you strong, healthy and capable for years to come.
The goal isn't just to be fit today.
It's to still be lifting, hiking, playing with the kids and grandkids and doing the things you love 20 years from now.
Train for longevity, not just intensity. 👊
Please watch until the end🤣
Training in your 20's vs training in your 40's.. can you relate?
Your training shouldn't stop because you hit 40.
In your 20s, you might recover faster and get away with a little more. In your 40s, recovery, mobility and consistency become just as important as the training itself.
The goal is to stay strong enough to enjoy life, keep up with your kids, carry the shopping, hike the mountains, and still be doing the things you love years from now.
No matter your age, it's never too late to start!
