👣3D Foot Scan Assessment: WHAT TO EXPECT...👣

1. 📝 We start with a full medical screening. This information is taken during a private consultation and stored on our secure database for your privacy & security.

2. 💻 Assessment - There are three elements to our 3D Footscan. Firstly, we assess you standing to analyse your posture. We then assess your balance to determine proprioception and muscle strength.  Finally, we analyse your gait (walking) to get a detailed dynamic report of your lower limb mechanics. 

3. 🏥 Treatment - Once we have analysed the data, we can make an informed diagnosis and offer a treatment plan if necessary.  Conditions caused by repetitive pressure and forces can be successfully treated by: modifying lifestyle, footwear, strengthening & stretching exercises, custom-made orthotics (prescription insoles), sports massage, dry needling & frequency specific microcurrent
