I'm happy to announce I'm now providing personal training and a range of classes. I'm a EQ4 level qualified Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Group Trainer through Image Fitness. My goal is to help anyone looking to make changes to their lifestyle and use this page to give simple tips an advice. have struggled with my weight for many years. Because of this I know personally how hard making lifestyle changes can be but also how rewarding they are when you make them! I've tried ever fad diet under the sun and I won't lie with some I did loose weight from these (probably a combination of muscle & fat) but it always came back on worse. One day I decided enough was enough. No more short cuts - it was time to earn it! So that's how I began; small changes, seeing results an continuing to make bigger changes. Seeing the results for myself motivated me more than ever. Everybody needs help at the start just like I sought help when I started out. At my heaviest I was over 18 stone. I was miserable and extremely self conscious. Fitness an training has changed my life for the better. It has made me happier, more confident and most important healthier and I hope to do the same for my clients. My tip is simple, follow the 3Ps:

>Positivity
