4 lengths burpees.
4 lengths lunges.
6 lengths sled push.
6 lengths sled pull.
2 laps farmers carry.

Our race map is the same as the last event, 2 laps for the full 1 lap for half sim ⚡️ please arrive an hour before your race to warm up & get checked in.

Ticket sales close Monday... over 1200 athletes signed up to race! Heat times will be with everyone Tuesday ⚡️ here is a rough idea of when each category is running, the same as usual if you have raced with us previously 🙌
