Winter strength and conditioning classes commencing soon.
Well done to club member Shane who clocked up some decent kms and savage elevation on a recent 6 day Tour of les Dolomites 👏
Well done to club members who brought their waterproof gear outa their dusty storage boxes after being in their for quiet some time thankfully. They were well tested out on the Tour de Beara route last weekend. The route was shortened due to the weather warnings. Persistent heavy rain fell for hours as they completed the tough course.
Hope ye enjoyed the well earned relaxation therapy sauna in Ealú Clonakilty
Well done guys 😃
With ever changable weather conditions the weekend club spins went ahead. The Red group pictured on the merry Sunday spin and Green group out for the Sunday ride looking for quality over quantity approach 😃
Last but not least. Well done to Billy Crowley competing in the National Masters Road Race in Dungarvan yesterday.
A very demanding circuit. He finished 4th in his category. Well done 👏
