There was an interesting piece in the Telegraph about the sugar content in a range of our favourite fruits. Popular questions tend to be 'What nutrients do fruit provide?' Or 'Can I snack on as much fruit as I want as a healthy option?'
No doubt they are essential in our diet for health and maintenance of our bodies but in moderation, especially in the summer months we tend to gorge on fruit as a healthy snack but as with most things this comes at a price....

Stick to the programme to achieve your goals even on days when your feeling like crap. Commit to it! A lot of people don't stick with it long enough to achieve the results, just be patient.
Being a little selfish when it comes to your training is ok. Help people understand how important it is to you and you might even inspire people around you!

If you want that toned, shaped body then your going to have to work for it!
Those magical abdominal blast/5minute abs classes wont get you there, neither will jogging on a treadmill for 45mins or being in a group class that is more fun than hardwork.
Weight training to build muscle mass (more muscles- more calories you can burn) combined with HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get your heart racing, will give you more results and self-satisfaction than anything else.

15.3 was ok but now for 15.4!! I'm thinking a chipper with rowing, box jumps, swings & maybe hand release push-ups thrown in there!
