Kristaps Liepins led the way home for Glanmire AC securing the win, and our athletes all shone today 💫 well done everyone!

Lovely conditions for the Churchtown South 4 Mile last night 🌞 Donal Coakley ran a great race for 2nd overall in 21:45, with Shane Fleming also finishing strong in 45:11.

Big turnout from the club on the greenway last night for the Gas Networks BHAA 5k! This one has a reputation for fast times and PBs, and on an accurately measured course, it didn’t disappoint 🥳

Tracton AC’s 4 Mile Road Race brought a big turnout to Minane Bridge last night ☀️

A hilly course and a hot summer’s evening made for a tough test along the south Cork coast roads, but our athletes laced up and got it done:
