Last year, I took a leap of faith (and into freezing cold water) by attending my first-ever Wim Hof Method retreat. Little did I know it would completely transform my mental and physical life.

Since then, I’ve become a cold shower and cold plunge enthusiast. Yes, you read that right—I voluntarily subject myself to icy water regularly, and I’ve never felt more alive! �💪
