If you are male or female and fancy getting fit, meeting new friends and representing your county in an all Ireland league then we would love to invite you down to training and meet ya. This evening is rookies night, so pop on over to Tramore Valley park at 7pm and get stuck in.

Heya gang awakening from the off season slumber and getting ready for a new season. The guys are back training and working on plays ahead of the season. But before that we wanna congratulate our new Commissioner Erin Brown. We here in Cork look forward to working with you.
American Football Ireland is delighted to announce that Erin Brown has been appointed as the new Commissioner following a successful recruitment campaign. Erin brings a wealth of experience to the association and we are excited to learn and grow as the National Governing Body of American Football. This is a momentous occasion as Erin is the first Female Commissioner of AFI.

Congratulations Erin and best of luck in your new position!
