𝐍𝐨, the honest truth is you do not need to train every day of the week in order to see results. In fact if you are doing this then 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝! ⁣⁣

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲, ⁣⁣
❇️ Your body needs time to recover after all the stress and strain you put on your muscles post workout.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
❇️ If you avoid the simple things like pre and post workout stretching you are way more like to get injured which will set you back even further.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
❇️ By training every day your body will become more and more drained energy and hydration levels will drop also causing progress to stall and increasing injury risk⁣⁣

But you can focus on increasing your general activity like your step count and focusing on light general movements like mobility and stability training all of which will help with recovery and increased longevity in your training routine.⁣⁣

𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠⁣

Online training is a great way to stay accountable and on track.⁣

You will have 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 and most important a 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 💪🏻⁣

I use my program to teach clients how to track calories, be flexible and allow for treats, listen to their bodies to allow rest and focus on improving overall health by focusing on basics like sleep hygiene and water intake 💧 ⁣

My online clients will all be checking in with me weekly to ensure any difficulty is addressed and overcome. But can also contact me through whatsapp and the private facebook group that is now up and running 🔥⁣

April to Present

Taking our time and building up the lean mass bit by bit

No fancy tricks just putting in the time and making sure to hit the basics across the board.

Biggest things for me during this pandemic have been;

✅ Sleep hygiene

✅ Water Intake

✅ Consistent training

✅ Tracked Nutrition

It’s very easy to hyper focus on the little things and ignore the more important fundamentals but keeping it simple and nailing the basics day to day is where the progress will be made

As always credit to for keeping me on point and accountable
