1 St Class Fitness is a welcoming environment for all levels of fitness where you can come workout & have fun while doing so. We provide a fully equipped gym with lots of cardio & free weights and machines. All Instructors are fully qualified and come with years of experience from many different areas of exercise & sport. You can safely workout knowing you are under expert guidance from all our instructors. At our gym we can offer many different classes, personal training and also team training.
