💪 FIT WHILE THEY PLAY 🎈

What a brilliant morning we had at our very first class!

While the parents enjoyed a workout with qualified Personal Trainer and gym owner Sean Graham, the children had great fun playing on the bouncy castles- fully supervised by our team! 🤩

It’s a great way to get active, meet other parents and enjoy some time for yourself, all while knowing the little ones are safe and having fun! 🏰

We plan to run Fit While They Play every Saturday morning from 9am-10am.

We expect to welcome even more new faces next week and as our numbers are limited, early booking is advised!

💪 And on Saturday morning, we held our first ever Fit While You Play class with Sean — and what brilliant fun that was! 🙌

It was fantastic to see so many children and families enjoying the Party Rooms, and we really appreciate every single one of you who chooses to support us. ❤️

🏋️‍♂️ MEET YOUR TRAINER- SEAN GRAHAM! 🏋️‍♂️

Originally from Omagh, Sean qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in 2021, specialising in strength and conditioning training.

After moving to Crossmaglen in 2025, Sean began managing Spartan Gym and officially took over as owner in June 2026! He also plays American Football for the Louth Mavericks-the current Irish champions! 🏆🏈

Sean understands that one of the biggest challenges parents face when it comes to exercising is simply finding the time:

💬 “Between the kids, work and everything that needs done at home, many parents never get a minute to themselves. This class is a brilliant opportunity to get active while knowing your children are being supervised and having plenty of fun! It’s also a great chance to meet other parents who are in the same boat, and I’m looking forward to meeting you all!”

Our first Fit While They Play class takes place tomorrow morning from 9am-10am at Cross Castles! 💪🏰

While Sean puts the parents through their paces, the children can enjoy supervised play on the bouncy castles!

Scoil Rince Mona Ni Rodaigh Academy of Irish Dance begins its new term this evening at 5.15pm here at Cross Castles! 💃✨

The first class is completely FREE-there’s no need to register beforehand, all you have to do is turn up and give it a try!

We at Cross Castles fully support this campaign! ❤️

Indoor play gives children a safe, fun place to stay active, socialise and make memories all year round. Reducing VAT on children’s play would help venues like ours keep prices affordable and accessible for local families.

We completely agree that affordable play shouldn’t be limited to a summer initiative- it should be a permanent priority.
