Tomorrow the IWBA Championships 2026 get underway at NICS bowling club and we are looking forward to a fantastic few days of top quality bowls as players battle it out for the honour of becoming an Irish Champion. 🏆

For the first time ever the IWBA will be providing live scoring throughout the Championships! 🎉

Play gets underway tomorrow at 1.30pm and we would love to see plenty of supporters come along and enjoy the action as some of Ireland’s best bowlers compete for eight national titles.

IWBA President Paula Montgomery is excited to welcome competitors from across Ireland along with their supporters to three days of top class competition at the National Championships, hosted at the NI Civil Service Bowling Club, Stormont Estate, Belfast. An outstanding array of talent will battle for the eight national titles on offer between 28–30 August.

🚨🚨Please Note: NI Civil Service Bowling Club can be accessed via Stoney Road or Massey Avenue on Friday afternoon until 6.30pm. For those arriving after 6.30pm on Friday or all day Saturday and Sunday, please use the Upper Newtownards Road entrance to the Maynard Sinclair Pavilion🚨🚨
