Exercise : bent-over lateral raise

One of the movements that I do to keep my shoulders healthy.

If you’re stuck at home and not wanting or not able to go to the gym,
Grab 2 bottles of water / cans of your favourite cider 😉 to keep them shoulders healthy!

Push-ups are not only for upper body strength 💪
When done with proper form, they can also strengthen lower back and core by engaging (pulling in ) the abdominal muscles.

Work on your push-ups by starting on an incline position and work your way down.

🔥25 minuet AMRAP (As Many Rounds As possible )

1. Split squat 8 each side
2. KB swings 10 Reps
3. Row 8 each
4. Sit-ups 12 Reps
5. Push-ups 8-10 Reps
