Kerry Tai Chi was started in Di**le, Co. Kerry in 1999 with a view to practice and teach Tai Chi, Qigong and Zen meditation.

Classes and courses are held all year round in Di**le in the national school, Goat st.

FREE Tai Chi Classes
• FREE 8 weeks beginner’s classes in Wudang Tai Chi.
• Wudang Tai Chi is one of the original styles as practiced by the monks on Mount Wudang one of the 5 sacred mountains in China.
• WHERE: Classes will be held in Kennedy Park, Victoria Road, Cork.
• Please bring loose fitting layers of clothes, and a rain jacket in case of rain.
• WHEN: These classes will be weather permitting.

If enough people are interested, at the end of the 8 weeks, I will find a suitable indoor venue.

DAVID HANKEY has been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong and Aikido for 35 years. He has been teaching for more than 20 years. He has taught in Ireland as well as China.
