Training in the DTKC Clubhouse - Mandalay, Lurganboy, Donegal Town, F94W9HH (just opposite Abbotts entrance), Donegal, Ireland Tuesday and Thursday (check our socials for updated class schedules)

Our club is open to everyone at any time.. Fitness
Strength and conditioning
Flexibility
Padwork
Self defence
Sparring (optional)

For those that are interested in competing we teach full contact, light contact and semi contact (points) fighting disciplines.. We also have a belt structure from white up to black with gradings taking place 1 or 2 times per year.. Come along on any training night and have a look..you will always be welcome!

🔹This Sunday Oct 25th we host our last club grading of the year🔹.

Months of hard work are put to the test where skill, commitment, technique, fitness and discipline are all put to the test during grading.

Members are put through the various criteria needed to be met to obtain a grade during a final exam. For eligible students only and please ensure you arrive at the clubhouse at least 20 mins early with full gear and uniform.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at the All Levels Class from 7.30 - 8.45pm😃.
