Doneraile Golf Club is delighted to host Ray O’Callaghan’s Charity Golf Tournament, raising funds for Owenabue Special Olympics Sports Club – a fantastic cause supporting our Special Olympics athletes.

The Prentatition of the Junior, Intermediate, and Minor Scratch Cups for 2026 took place in the clubhouse. Kindly sponsored by The Hibernian Hotel Mallow.

The Winner of the Minor Scratch Cup was Doneraile's one and only Sean Collins.

The Intermediate Scratch Cup was won by Joseph O Keeffe.

The Junior Scratch Cup was won by Jack Heffernan playing out of Kanturk Golf Club.

All winners made wonderful speeches and thanked the sponsors, and were so delighted to have won.
We congratulate all 3 winners and those who also won prizes on the night.

Lady Captain Eileen held her prize on Saturday 29th August, with weather hampering the proceeding in the morning, the golf got going 30 minutes later but it did not dampen the spirits, a great day was had with great golf played in tough conditions. A great night followed with fabulous music & the dancing shoes were on following a fabulous prize giving. Lady Captain's family & friends danced the night away and celebrated with a very worthy winner!⛳️

🎟️ Draw for Ladies Competition: Thursday at 8pm.

Mens 9 hole competition ongoing until Thursday evening.

Course be closed from midday Friday in preparation for the Ladies Captains Prize.
