We're on mid term break this week so no session on Wednesday. See you next week!

Drowning, cuts, cardiac arrests, choking, land work, water work and much more - it's been a busy weekend and we'll all sleep well tonight!

There's some serious training going on this weekend by two of our instructors, Mandy & John and one of a senior swimmers, Katie. There'll be lots of new ideas, methods and practices at the pool from next Wednesday.

Congratulations to all our members who took and passed a CPR and first aid course today at Nemo Rangers.

Keep this in mind when shopping for the summer.

For all members aged 12 and up - this training is a prerequisite for the water awards.
