Strength through softness
*HUMAN INTELLIGENCE*

We all have a warrior in us! We all have the inner power!

And we all put an armor to face the world!

We learn to keep going, to push through, to stay in control.

What if I tell you that true strength it’s not about being tougher, but it’s about learning to soften?

To find calm in chaos. To be like water.
To stop fighting. To stop suppressing.

This is what breathwork & cold does for us- humans. Not to escape or run but to FACE it! To connect to our body, to create space and soften.

It remind us that we don’t have to live in survival mode all the time!

And to do that we often need to step away from every surroundings and go back to nature.

This winter I am creating space for that. In the cold Polish mountains.
