What an unforgettable day in the Dublin Mountains yesterday! 🌲✨

We started with a short hike up the hill that led us to the most breathtaking spot on the edge of the forest at . Surrounded by nature’s beauty, we gathered to connect and chat about the profound benefits of breathwork

Then came the highlight: diving deep into ourselves during the breathwork session. It was a powerful reset—disconnecting from the busy mind, tuning into our physiology, and accessing that rarely explored inner dimension.💫

To top it all off, we had the ice bath experience ❄️ followed by the soothing warmth of the sauna, set in Ireland’s first Mongolian yurt 🛖. The combination of contrast therapy, connection, and nature left us absolutely buzzing with energy and calmness. 💙🔥
