When I started with this particular client they were struggling with, injuries, countless trips to A&E and a few other reasons to give up.

The dreaded Fitness season is well underway with all new year goals being implemented πŸ’ͺ

Sometimes, this can be incredibly daunting and can lead to restriction and a long term binging cycle

Knowledge is power here, so here's how to get back on track this Jan!

Instinctively, you're going to want to dramatically reduce your calorie intake

And start going super hard in the gym

But try implementing these 5 small changes to ease yourself into the process and ensure long-term success:

βœ… Ease yourself back in to your workouts

βœ… Make sure you're drinking enough water (2L a day)

βœ… Get a full 8 hours sleep

βœ… Eat balanced high protein meals

βœ… Create a plan

January is well underway, and that can only mean 1 thing.. 🎯

New year, new me, new goals are all being put into place πŸ’ͺ

Setting goals for the year ahead is super important and something I advise all my clients to do

But it's important that we don't set vague targets like, 'be healthy' or 'lose weight'

No fear, there IS a way to create the perfect goal

Just remember 'SMART' 🀯

"SMART" stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound

One of my SMART goals for 2023 is to make this Gym self sustainable. Or get it on its way to being self sustainable!

I have chosen this goal for myself as it is something I’m passionate about and something I feel can really do well if given the time and energy which it has been so far.

Now I have chosen my goals and established a plan of action

All there's left to do is go out there smash it! πŸ‘Š
