F**k this breakup s**t am I right???
Because It’s not just Heartbreak..
It’s Worthlessness:
It’s feeling like like no matter what you do for someone it’s not good enough. It’s feeling like you’re not worthy of that person. It’s overthinking every mistake you made and blaming yourself and thinking because of this you must not worthy of happiness or love. It’s the lack of confidence you experience because of this and it’s every little insecurity you experience thereafter.
It’s Rejection:
It’s feeling like that person doesn’t want you and if that person doesn’t want you how could anyone else want you? It’s losing the confidence to ever try put yourself out there in any situation personally or even professionally because of the fear that you’ll be rejected once again. It’s focusing on being rejected even by friends or by family because this is a feeling you know too well.
It’s Hopelessness:
It’s feeling like you are at rock bottom and you will never get up. It’s feeling like you have no one and nothing and no direction in life. It’s feeling like you will never be happy again and you will never find love again. And you feel like this because of everything mentioned above and more.
Its not just heartbreak..
It’s a transition, it’s an awakening, it’s a time to rebuild yourself for who you are and who you want to be.
It’s time where you learn to love yourself all over again. It’s a time where you realize that you are your own best friend. It’s a time where you have to remind yourself every single day that the sun will shine again after this storm.
It’s a time where you learn to love yourself again because this is the most important love of all.
