Most people quite just before things start to work.

Getting in shape and dropping body fat doesn’t happen over night.

It takes time and consistency.

There is going to be loads of up and downs, bad days where you fall of plan don’t have time to train etc.

But as long as the plan your following is correct as long as you don’t give up on yourself, YOU WILL GET RESULTS 💪🏻

Everyone spends money on clothes nights out, holidays etc.

Most people make the excuse of I don’t have time to train and get in shape.

But hears the thing time probably isn’t the issue you just need the correct plan.

It doesn’t have to be training 6 days a week ,spending all day getting your steps in and crazy low calorie diets.

It’s comes down to three things .......

A nutrition plan that actually works around your lifestyle ✅
A strength training program ( this can be anywhere from 2-5 days ) ✅
And most importantly accountability to keep you on track ✅

You don’t have to sacrifice family time, your social life and your job to achieve a good physique.

It’s just about being smart and finding a plan that works for you.

Dropping body fat and building muscle doesn’t mean sacrificing your life.

Social events, meals and nights out aren’t going anywhere and are apart of most people’s lives.

The key is to build habits that work around your lifestyle not against it

Learning how to stay in shape all year-round not going through extreme diets and unrealistic programs that ultimately won’t last.

The goal should never be to get in shape for a few weeks , it needs to be a lifestyle change not just a quick fix, something that possible to stick to all year around even when your at your busiest.

You don’t have to choose between enjoying yourself and being in shape

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS 📈

If your goal is to transform your physique, you will often find yourself becoming obsessed with checking your weight.

Whether that will be dropping weight if it’s fat loss.👇🏻

Or gaining weight if it’s building muscle.☝🏻

But this IS NOT the best way to track progress as there are so many reasons why your weight can fluctuate. If the scales don’t show you what you want people often get disheartened and think they are not progressing.

There is a number of way’s I like to track a client’s progress. My favourite one being weekly progress photos, arguably the most important. 📷

Other ways you can track progress is .....

How you actually feel.
How your clothes fit ,are they tighter or looser.
Have you got stronger / fitter.
Do you feel more confident.
Have your friends and family noticed change.

I’m not saying never weigh yourself because it can be useful but don’t get over obsessed with scale weight.

Tracking your calories is a must for most people wanted to drop body fat!

No it doesn’t have to be forever but if you’re not tracking your guessing.

Tracking calories is also a good way to learn and understand nutrition and food measurements.

Yes certain people can get away with dropping body fat without tracking of course , but when it comes to holding onto muscle and getting in serious shape tracking is so important!
