Most people quite just before things start to work.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS đ
If your goal is to transform your physique, you will often find yourself becoming obsessed with checking your weight.
Whether that will be dropping weight if itâs fat loss.đđ»
Or gaining weight if itâs building muscle.âđ»
But this IS NOT the best way to track progress as there are so many reasons why your weight can fluctuate. If the scales donât show you what you want people often get disheartened and think they are not progressing.
There is a number of wayâs I like to track a clientâs progress. My favourite one being weekly progress photos, arguably the most important. đ·
Other ways you can track progress is .....
How you actually feel.
How your clothes fit ,are they tighter or looser.
Have you got stronger / fitter.
Do you feel more confident.
Have your friends and family noticed change.
Iâm not saying never weigh yourself because it can be useful but donât get over obsessed with scale weight.
Tracking your calories is a must for most people wanted to drop body fat!
No it doesnât have to be forever but if youâre not tracking your guessing.
Tracking calories is also a good way to learn and understand nutrition and food measurements.
Yes certain people can get away with dropping body fat without tracking of course , but when it comes to holding onto muscle and getting in serious shape tracking is so important!
