Tomorrow is our 21k Walk Run Cycle & Dip to the 40ft all in aid of

If you haven’t already got in touch with us to take part , your not too late. 🤜🏼🤛🏻

Walkers leave from the gym at 8am
Runners leave from the gym at 9am
Cyclist leave from the gym at 10am

All finishing the 40ft for a dip 🥶 (the dip is optional) and celebrations 👍🏻

This will wrap up our weekend of events spreading awareness for and their amazing work!!

Though you may or may not be taking part in these events all types of donations are welcome from clothes, to food and monetary. Just get in touch to organise.

Evan has had his career in the American football game in Ireland for a number years. Training & playing all over the world, with and against professional teams. Defensive end for the South Dublin Panthers & the Sealand Seahawks. He has That drive, determination and mindset that is one we definitely wanted to get behind and support Through all his pre & game seasons.

When it comes to specific training such as / running, most people aren’t adequately recovering. if you make the rookie mistake of just worrying about the training aspect, then you might find your self burning out or worse injured.

Your individual training will depend on your level. However, one basic that applies to all runners is to alternate easy days of training with hard days, which include long runs or speed work. Here are some things you might want to look at to help you get the most out of your training & recovery session;

🟨 your sessions well. Eat for training & Eat for Recovery. Adequate protein and carbohydrates are essential to replenish the body. Seeking advice from someone who knows what they’re talking about Or has experience in the field.
🟨Don’t skip & .
🟨Make your recovery days just as important as your training days. Schedule recovery sessions into your plan.
🟨Mixing hard days with an easy run or rest days is the best way to train your body with a of and also ensures you have adequate recovery time.
🟨Get adequate sleep good quality sleep.

It’s an easy trap for many of us to get stuck in. We all go to the gym and train expecting to see . But with five hours sleep per night, poor diet, and no other recovery in place, you won’t see much, if any improvement. So most people try coming more often or working harder. But the real trick to improving is not to add more work but to beef up other half of the equation and add more recovery.
