Gracie has worked so hard on her Gk development over the last several years, her commitment to her training is second to none and now she is reaping the rewards! Well were do I start? I've been coaching this Gk for several years now ( don't want to mention her name). This Gk as grown in stature and confidence over those years and has become one of if not the best Gk for her age (2009)in Leinster if not the country and I'm not just saying that because I coach her. Well apparently not according to the so called coaches who select players for the Leinster interprovisional squad which people who know their football will lead to an international cap for the U15s FAI schools team. The mind boggles when one of the best Gks around is not selected! Either these so called coaches haven't a clue what their doing or its all about who you know no matter how good you are. I suppose I shouldn't really be surprised as the big boys club have been doing this for years!! One thing I'm sure of is that this Gk will bounce back from this knock back and move on to better things. Rant over!!!
