If your teen prefers an independent challenge over a team sports or just spends too much time alone on screens etc, then my Foundations of Strength Term is the perfect fit.

I provide a low-pressure, ego-free environment for teens who want to get strong, build confidence, and master gym safety.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Boys (Ages 12-15): Monday & Wednesday 17:00
๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Girls (Ages 12-15): Tuesday & Thursday | 17:00
Duration: 4-Week Term Price: โ‚ฌ80 for the term.

Boys kick off as soon as we hit 8 boys and girls will kick off as soon as we've 8 girls signed up.

Theyโ€™ll learn to lift with proper technique from day one. They'll learn gym etiquette.

Self-Paced Progress: Itโ€™s you vs. you. Lifting builds confidence, mental and physical health and strength and provides that sense of personal achievement.

Small Groups: Limited to 8 per group to ensure every teen gets top quality coaching and stays safe.

Give them a place where they can thrive on their own terms under the guidance of expert coaching.
