It's such a beautiful day out today, perfect for going for a walk.
A couple of us walked to work this morning so we'll be walking home later and I'll be going for a walk at lunch time.

Hi all,
Well... how did you get on with your first day walking? A couple of us from the office walked to work and then walked home again. Not bad for the first day.
Today we will take turns going for a walk in Seagrange Park beside our centre and we may go for a walk this evening, every bit helps.

Due to the extension of COVID restrictions we have set up a walking challenge for the month of February and we'd like to invite you to join us to help improve your physical and mental health.
The aims are:
1. To get outside and walk every day.
2. Set your own target and see if you can improve this by the end of the 28 days.
3. We'd love you to let us know how you are doing to help keep us all motivated.
