Final week of the program: Week 6 - Day 1! Today’s focus is a full-body workout with an emphasis on squats. 🔥
Coach Chloe is guiding Michelle through the back squat. 💪🏾
The objective is to work up to a heavy top set, and Michelle achieved a personal best of 45kg! She was initially unsure about attempting that weight, but she not only did it but also excelled. Her first rep had perfect depth, and while she could have gone a little deeper on the second rep, it’s understandable when lifting a new heavy weight. The important thing is that she hit parallel, which is fantastic!
Moving forward, our goal is to refine her technique and increase her repetitions with this weight to boost her confidence in the squat.
Michelle mentioned that she wouldn’t have tried that weight without her coach’s support. This highlights the advantage of having a coach by your side; progress is often faster with guidance and encouragement!
