Congratulations to Simon Williams, Newbridge House Croquet Club, on winning the Cyril Corbally Cup, and valiant runner up John McIntyre, also of NewbridgeHouseCroquet. Many thanks as always to our tremendous Tournament Manager, Pete Maxwell. The cup was presented by Tom Cobbe, of Newbridge House, many thanks Tom for travelling to play and present.

Day 1 of the Cyril Corbally Cup. But who will the winner be ?

The Cyril Corbally Tournament takes place this weekend at NHCC. Cyril Corbally lived at Newbridge House. He secured the English Open Croquet Championship five times, including a victory on his debut attempt in 1902, and was widely regarded as the supreme player of his generation. Come along this weekend, 9th and 10th May to see some great croquet.

NHCC Spring Handicap Cup won/retained by Fernando Llorente, with runner up Anne Collins. Christine Renwick who donated and presented the cup.
