Rest & Rejuvenate Yoga
I’d love for you to join me this June for 90 mins of delicious slow flow, restorative and yoga nidra in the heart of Howth village! A special extended practice, open to all to coincide with the Summer Solstice - celebrating all that summer has to offer while simultaneously creating space to slow down, to savour the present moment and to celebrate your inner Self.
BYOM (bring your own mats!), bring your favourite blanket if you’d like, and I’ll provide the rest ☺️
Reach out with any questions or to book 🌻

It’s extremely grey in Dublin lately. It’s a liminal time, a time where we can feel that spring is coming but it’s not here quite yet. Sprouting flowers have popped up through the ground but they’re still mostly staying in their buds. Many things are about to come alive, but we’re still in the moment between. The space of potential. The threshold.
After each savasana it’s traditional to invite yogis to rest briefly on their side. Resting in these moments of transition lets us learn to become comfortable in the in between. To become familiar with these points that we otherwise might brush past.
Before spring fully blooms, can we rest here in the grey, the lingering ends of winter, and trust that the next stages of the year will come & the cycle will continue.
Everything in its own time 🤍

Pranayama - breath as an avenue to connecting with your life force. If you join any of my yoga classes you’ll know how highly I regard breath and how integral it is in any practice I lead. Breath is one of the quickest ways to reset your nervous system, to induce calm or to create clarity of the mind.
We all breathe. We always have access to the breath. Knowing how to connect with it for these purposes is simply life changing.
Unfortunately, we don’t get enough time in most yoga classes to really explore the ways that breath can be transformative in the body. That’s why I am so excited to be offering a 2 hour deep dive workshop that will incorporate transformative, soothing pranayama techniques throughout.
Soothe and Savour will involve gentle movement, breath, embodiment and restorative postures, and will offer you a chance to explore the breath and your body without rushing. This workshop is a chance to indulge - no need to hurry, instead we will savour the effects of pranayama and embodiment in a space dedicated to self care.
Booking link in the highlight on my page, I hope you’ll join me for this special Valentines Day treat at Reformation .ie 🤍♥️🌺

The colours of this season are such a gift!
I return tonight and every Thursday to for a Restorative yoga session. Restorative yoga offers you a space to enter deep relaxation through supported stretches. We use bolsters and blocks to allow the body to rest more deeply into poses and release tension. Feel free to bring your favourite blanket 😌

Yoga is more than asana 🤍
Uniting your body, mind and breath can be done through meditation, exercise, devotional practices, time in nature - or almost anything, as long as it’s done mindfully. (Being demure is optional)
