In my last post I mentioned that in order to achieve an end goal it is important to have a system of habits in place to get us there.
What is a habit?
Well...
A habit is something we repeat often so eventually it becomes second nature and we no longer need to think about it.
An example is: Every morning we get up brush our teeth, get dressed, check our phones.. you get the picture.
But why are small and achievable habits important?
Well they allow us to build a system that helps us GET to our goals.
Two people can have the same goal but get two completely results because person A has a correct system to get them there.
Keep your eyes peeled for a post on HOW we build our habits.😉
If you have any questions on habits comment below or send me a message ☺

Sound familiar? 😉
Many people start the New Year with an 'all or nothing' mindset. Come January 1rst we feel super motivated and ready for change. We make drastic changes like going the gym 6 days a week or cutting carbs.
Ever notice that after a few weeks motivation goes down, hunger and fatigue goes up? Yeah me too.
Having goals is great. It gets us to focus on what we want .
Buuut, huge changes are unnecessary and rarely work.
Know what does?
Small and sustainable changes that allow us to put systems and habits in place to get to our goals.
Don't make your goals the over all picture. This is daunting and overwhelming.
Make small changes that allow you to form a system which will get you to your goal. ❤️

A gentle reminder that what you say to yourself is very important.
Perhaps you're finding yourself with more thinking, alone time. Use the time wisely to big yourself up.
Give yourself that pat on the back.
Because reality is, whatever you are doing, you're turning up every day so be positive and tell yourself what a great job you're doing.
Happy Thursday 💙
