Many thanks to Dublin City Council - Finglas/Ballymun for supporting our Fish & Chips social spin as part of Bike week 2026. Some of the group were happy enough with a 30km spin while others climbed Howth head before tucking into some tasty food.

Congratulations to the members of the "Couch to 50km" programme. The group went from no recent cycling experience to a 50km spin in four weeks, amazing achievement, so proud of them all. Many thanks to Catrióna and Sean who coached and worked with the group, a testament to you both. We were delighted to present certificates and a gift from the club after the TFI - Transport for Ireland "Tour De Mun Community Cycle". If you are interested in getting involved contact Brian or Catrióna on 01 8428071.

Not even the blustery showers at 6pm could deter the first TFI - Transport for Ireland Tour De Mun community spin crew. The group were treated to refreshments and hot pizza kindly sourced by Rocky. Many thanks to Paul from Cycling Ireland for donating waterbottles and snoods to the cyclists, well done everyone.

A lovely spin on a mild evening. The couch to 50km group is absolutely flying, they could easily jump straight to a 50km spin at this point in their training, amazing stuff, well done all.

Enjoyable group spin this morning. Apologies we’re missing Alan and Micheál from the group photo and great to catch up with injured members.
