Other ways to track progress is progress photos, how clothes fit and measurements.

A scales is only another unit of measurement.

This was all done while still having nights out, attending social events and working long hours.

Rumour has it he only brought away T-shirts for night time 👀 😂

Meet one of the legends Liam,

Liam has achieved savage results, dropping 14kgs

Before joining the programme he had got results before but would yo-yo up and down.

Never making any real progress that he could sustain.

Liam is now following a structured training programme that fits his lifestyle, knows exactly what to eat and how to.

Liam also enjoys his life with frequent meals out.

The best thing is he isn’t finished, he wants to keep pushing.

Now we reverse diet. So he can maintain year round leanness.
