Client Feedback🗣
I worked with Gary () for 12 weeks. Our goal was Fat Loss and how to create a sustainable routine for Gary to continue this once we finished together.

🔥CLIENT TRANSFORMATION🔥
Jasamine () has been working with me for 12 weeks now. Her goal was fat loss and squat improvement🏋️
Jasamine went from 70.1kg ➡️ 66.1kg throughout the 12 weeks. 66.1kg is the lowest Jasamine has been at before. This 4kg weight loss was in between a couple of trips away but Jasamine still managed to lose this weight and kept consistency in her training throughout💪🏻
Jasamine has definitely gained a lot of strength from our sessions together also:
16kg Goblet Squat ➡️ 60kg Barbell Squat
35kg Hip Thrusts ➡️ 100kg Hip Thrusts
6kg Dumbbell RDL ➡️ 45kg Barbell RDL

Phil Heath is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is a seven-time Mr. Olympia winner, having won the competition every year from 2011 to 2017.
Heath entered bodybuilding in 2002. In his 2008 Mr. Olympia debut, Heath finished third to become the first novice to place in the top three since Flex Wheeler in 1993. He claimed the fifth position at the 2009 Mr. Olympia title and second place at the 2010 event. He gained the crown in 2011. Heath defended the title of Mr Olympia consecutively six times since then until 2018 when he placed second to Shawn Rhoden.
Phil Heath has dedicated himself to his craft and has cemented his place in bodybuilding history. He has proven that if you dedicate yourself to your craft you can achieve greatness. Keep working every single day and do not give up.⚒️🔥

Training Plan🔥💪🏻: Designed around your specific fitness goals. The plan will be made around any injuries you might suffer with. It will slowly get harder as the weeks go on to ensure progression throughout our time together.
Nutrition Plan/Tracker🥗🍽: I offer either a full nutrition plan or an accountability tracker for my clients. The nutrition plan is there for people that would rather stick to the same schedule day in and day out. The Tracker is mainly for people that would like a little more freedom with their calories (within reason).
24 Hour Assistance💬📞: I will provide 24 hour Assistance to all my clients through WhatsApp and Instagram. I will be there to answer any fitness/nutrition question you might have.
