Wow it feels good to have dived into a Monday admin session and back to business 💻

For the last few months I prioritised self care and having fun because my body really needed it 🧘🏽‍♀️

My nervous system was shook, my self esteem and confidence in myself had dropped massively and I shied away from taking on new projects and clients due to how I was feeling.

If you told me 6 months ago that I’d feel as good as I do now I’d have said your crazy. At the time it felt impossible 🫣

It’s no secret there has been massive changes in my life over the past year including walking away from a 3 year relationship, almost got married and would have set myself up for a life of misery. A lucky escape is an understatement and I feel so blessed that I got a second chance to have another shot at life and to rebuild the life I’ve always wanted 🙏🏼

Was it easy to get where I am now, mentally and emotionally? Hell NO 😳

Was it worth it ? Absolutely yes 👌🏼

Every day I dedicated myself to healing, through daily practices, plant medicine and sitting with the uncomfortable feelings even when I wanted to run away and distract myself. The first 3 months were intense but one day the black cloud just lifted and from then I can’t wipe the smile off my face 🥰

My friend said to me today “your life looks like one big party” 💃🏼🥳🤣

The truth is, IT IS one big party! I am celebrating my life every single day because life is way too short to be anything but happy ✌🏼🤗

I heard this on a podcast yesterday and it really stopped me in my tracks 😲

If someone tells you that you are too good for them, believe them! As they know themselves better than you ever will 👌🏼 (and then run 🏃‍♀️) 🤣

I’ve given years of my life to “morally bankrupt” people, with the hopes that over time that things would change. Guess what? Things didn’t change , which left me feeling disappointed, hurt and upset. By no means am I blaming anyone for that, I take full responsibility for entering into something that was not aligned with my morals and values.

Morals start with YOU, not with your parents, your upbringing or the people you choose to hang out with. If you choose to make bad decisions based on having poor morals, that’s on YOU!

I’ve seen people with the worst upbringing have a solid moral compass.

You can navigate your own moral intelligence by doing the right thing, promptly admitting when you’re wrong and correcting your mistakes. I could go on all day, but they are just a few to mention 👌🏼

The next time you choose to enter into anything , a friendship, a relationship or business partnership. Make sure that you check out their “moral bank account” to see if they are abundant in good morals or morally bankrupt 🫣
