It's great to push yourself out of your comfort zone now and then! Don't be embarrassed or afraid of what people think. With posting on this page I'm slowly getting over my allergy to cameras and I hope that maybe I can inspire someone else to push themselves to do something new. It was nice to get out in the fresh air and not be stuck in the gym all the time, throwing in a few sets to keep things interesting. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Don't let others opinions hold you back. ๐

Steamy stir fry for dinner tonight
This is broccoli and a bag of frozen stir fry veg with marinated tofu and wholegrain rice in a teriyaki style sauce.
It's packed full of protein and good stuff and really satisfying on this chilly June Sunday ๐ฑ

Breakfast! The most important meal of the day? I'm not sure about that but I know I've always struggled with eating breakfast and I used to just grab a cookie or muffin with a cup of tea on the way to work! ๐ช Since I've started training again I've really tried to make time to have a good healthy breakfast to set me up for the day! Here I'm having weetabix with defrosted frozen berries oat milk and meridian cocoa and hazelnut butter. Delicious and filling! ๐๐๐ฐ๐ฑ
5 simple exercises to activate your biceps๐ช
I'm doing three to four sets of each at 8-10 reps.
I'm making sure to focus on form and keeping a consistent pace to keep tension on the biceps throughout the movement.
If you do them right you will really feel your bicep engage.๐
Side note: if you're working out from home and looking to add something to your gym it's well worth investing in a EZ curling bar. I picked mine up in argos for only 30 euro. I used sleeves I bought online for 20 euro to change it from standard to Olympic size so I can use both plate sizes with it! ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
