Transformation Thursday 💪🏻 😈

A little insight to my own life I started personal training with Zoe back in may 2022 because I was struggling mentally with body dysmorphia and physically with being over weight weighing in at nearly 15 stone being the most unhappiest,unhealthiest and depressed in my entire life, I knew a change had to happen.

- I honestly and truly think zoe should have gotten some sort of award for putting up with all my crying throughout those months 🤣 my mental health had been affected massively as not even an axageration I looked in the mirror atleast 50 times a day, something had to give, I made the change and trained constantly
3-4 times a week, put in hard work and honestly didn’t sometimes but pushed through it as it was difficult to get started but once I started I was flying 🙌

-It was never easy, never a walk in the park but I trusted the process, believed in myself and now I’m here 🤭🙈 I’m am beyond PROUD of myself for getting to where I am and so so thankful for all of the support I’ve gotten from everyone over the last 2 years.
I’m still pinching myself thinking I’m imagining that’s me in them photos🥹

As I’m still ticking off my goals for this year and setting new ones for next with my stomach in my mouth but I’m ready as ever to throw myself into the deep end🙌

One thing il say about a weight loss journey is to begin with your mind as it’s a mental journey as well as a physical one & keep your determination over motivation as your not always gonna want to do it but will and forever be thankful for the in the future✅💪🏻
I AM SO EXCITED to continue my journey with Zoe and smash all my goals for this year and who knows maybe il even throw a cheeky photo shoot next year 🤭, to excited to be a coach myself and help other with their own journeys 🫶🏻
Let’s go 2024 🥳🥳

10 ways to change your fitness & health habits

1. Workout early - that way if life’s getting to busy and you’ve to much to be doing during the day your already a workout in and the hard work has already been put in. 💪🏻
2. Prioritising protein- eating protein with every meal will keep your body full for much longer than any other meal and will keep your energy fuelled for the day also it helps you avoid snacking throughout the day and eating extra nonessential calories!🥗✅
3. Lift weights 🏋️‍♀️- it’s so important to continue lifting weights throughout your life as the older you get the more your muscle weakens and to keep it maintains your body needs some weight training sessions even if it means two small dumbbells in the middle of your sitting room and a 20 min workout as it’s better than none🤷🏻‍♀️
4. You didn’t fail because you ate a takeaway or had an extra few chocolate biscuits with your tea, you only fail when you continue with bad habits and completely give up trying.
5. Have your chocolate!! Everything in moderation is perfectly fine!! 🍫
6. The more you look at working out at something you have to do the less you’re gonna want to do it,So start looking at it like you get to do it!
7. Be your on motivation. Don’t depend one no one but yourself. 👏🏻
8. Don’t give up when it gets tough, your challenging yourself of course it’s going to be tough it’s 100% not a walk in the park so prepare yourself for that but once you overcome that you’ll start to love your journey. 🫡
9. It’s a rollercoaster starting, it’s hard, difficult, emotional, stressful, but it’ll be worth it and your body will thank you for it. 🙌
10. Love who you are now, enjoy the body your in now if your not kind and thoughtful of yourself there’s no way your going to make any progress as it all starts with a good strong healthy mindset. 🫶🏻

What would you prefer to work out.
Legs or arms?

For me i would always have been a leg gal but recently I’m loving back and biceps 🫠🫶🏻

Do you have coffee or tea every morning?…
Do you use regular milk?…
Just by doing a slight swap to protein milk you could be benefiting from it 🙌
Protein milk acts as a catabolic which basically breaks down muscle and fats that we really need!
So to help that add some protein milk into your tea, coffee, oats, cocopops!

I can’t believe I’ve finally built up the courage to set up my own page for my future, I will offer a range of personal training, group classes, HITT classes, sports nutrition advice as soon as possible…
if by any chance you follow this page and aren’t interested in Gym, Training, exercise and motivation you can unfollow as I won’t be offended but if you dont I would appreciate the love and support.
