β€œI began training with Nick in January 2018. Before this I had been working out occasionally over the years stuck doing the same routine but seeing little results. I really had no idea about what I should be doing, how often I should be doing it and whether my technique and form was correct while lifting weights.

I had little knowledge of good nutrition and always struggled to stay consistent with a balanced diet. I lacked the motivation to work out on my own so I knew a Personal Trainer would be the best option.

(Alternate twist each rep)
