FASTED SATURDAY WORKOUT πŸ’ͺ🏼😊

It has become a habit that I'm enjoying πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ As must people I tend to enjoy myself more on weekends, especially at night when watching a movie with snacks or having glasses of wine (must of time both πŸ€ͺ)

Following day I don't particularly wake up with high energy but I kick myself on the πŸ‘ to train because I know I will more energised after πŸ’ͺ🏼 I don't feel hungry nor need food since I'm using last night foods for fuel⚑

Fasted cardio /Workouts won't make you lose fat faster. No matter what people say it's just not real, what makes you lose fat/weight it's consuming less calories than what you spend πŸ’ͺ🏼 I'm the type of person who enjoys a good breakfast, but if I'm not hungry then I won't have the extra calories I don't need.

How do I get rid of CELLULITE ? πŸ₯Ί


A very common topic among us women! πŸ‘‡πŸΌ Before I give you my top secret answer 🀐 I need to explain that first of all, it's NORMAL for us women to have cellulite, and this is because women's fat is typically distributed in the thighs, hips and buttocks β€” (common areas for cellulite).

Weight gain and aging can make it more noticeable, but some lean people have cellulite, as well ( I used to have plenty cellulite despite of having small legs, and now it has improved so much that it's not so noticeable 😊).

Cellulite tends to run in families, so genetics might play a role. But again saying "it runs on the family" it's not an excuse, an inactive lifestyle increases your chances of having cellulite, as can pregnancy.

The good thing it's that it's not a lost battle πŸ’ͺ🏼

Here comes my super secret: LIFTING WEIGHTS, BALANCED DIET, AND WATER CONSUMPTION! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

I know it sounds repetitive πŸ˜† but let me tell you one more time πŸ˜‰πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
As you build muscle, you burn calories faster, promoting weight loss, which improves the appearance of you skin. However, losing weight and strengthening the muscles in those areas won't completely eliminate the dimpled skin texture, still resistance training can remodel the tissue and smooth the appearance of cellulite.

A healthy diet and regular exercise it's the only way to go! πŸ’ͺ🏼
