To achieve this we wish to invite you to our forthcoming special event “Tai Chi and Harp
Music Workshop”.
In this creative workshop, the two great arts of Tai Chi and Harp music will merge in a
holistic approach, nourishing both your body and mind.
With Master Yang D**g, you will learn the ancient art of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and how to
bring about the harmony of YinYang in yourself and connect with nature within—with the
aim of attaining health, longevity and inner tranquillity.
The practice of Tai Chi can also alleviate chronic pain, and helps to release tension and
stress, bringing about well-being.
The talented harpist lady Chu will play enchanting melodies. The Irish Harp has many
beneficial properties. Its sound vibrations reduce feelings of anxiety and pain, lowers blood
pressure and have a profound effect of restorative relaxation, bringing comfort, happiness
and healing.
This workshop can be considered creative therapy, for psychological and physical
wellbeing that will bring about not only healing but spiritual enhancement, joy and
happiness.
