Who's up for a last minute 6 week challenge with a difference?
It's not about weight loss, it's not about running 5km, it's about improving you for the sake of you.
2 last minute spaces have become available for a strength block with a difference.
When looking to improve strength with proper technique body composition improves naturally, your mental health sky rockets and all of a sudden you're walking around feeling like a king/queen.

Just because I love a bit of suffering I've decided I'll take this on by doing 180 Squats a day for 2 weeks.

The MAMF team are taking part in the challenge, by completing 180 squats a week to help raise money for , Ireland’s national ambulance service for children 🐝

Why 180 squats? 👉 On average a one-way BUMBLEance trip is 180km. Making a return trip 360km. By taking part you will have completed 360 squats, the same as that return journey!
