Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
2. This prize excludes speciality classes such as pre/post natal, mum and baby, courses, and workshops.
3. All classes must be used within the timeframe of the package (see website for yoga & Pilates class cards).
4. Participants with any pre-existing injuries or health conditions are advised to consult a doctor before attending classes.
5. The competition runs from 7th to 13th of September 2026.
6. The winner will be announced on Monday 14th of September via our Instagram page.
7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Stefania came to yoga during a time when she really needed grounding, and it’s stayed with her ever since...that’s the energy she brings into every class she teaches. Steady, present, and genuinely caring about how you feel when you walk out the door.

We feel so lucky to have a team of teachers like her...people who show up fully, and actually care about this community

You’ll find Stefania on the timetable every Tuesday morning, 7am & 9:30am in the hot studio
and if you’ve been thinking about our retreat… she’ll be there too, and we’ve just one room left 👀
