There is no shortage of information in this day and age.

Social media has saturated us with more information, more products, and more quick fix diet approaches than ever before. Yet we are still struggling.

Thinking critically is a skill that’s needed.

Anyone who can filter the information to find the best approach for themselves will be the ones that succeed.

Don’t let your fitness goal isolate you in some corner of a commercial gym.

You might feel you need to go it alone to achieve your goal.

However, do not underestimate a gym with a sense of community.

Community gives us a sense of belonging and adds a little spice to our training.

A sense of camaraderie and and a “we are all in this together” mentally
You don’t need to settle for a gym that doesn’t feel right to you.

Small Group Personal Training

The personal training experience at an affordable price is what small group training is all about.

For me, personal training is dying out and small group training will take over. (If done right)

Gone are the days when a “coach” stands over you just counting reps or looking at a stopwatch.

Highly skilled coaches can conduct a group of 3-5 people comfortably.
But what really sets small group personal training apart from regular 1:1 training is the group dynamic. This creates a great training environment.

Like minded people all going after individual goals.

This builds community and community is a powerful thing.
