It was an absolute pleasure working with her for the past 5 years. I wish her all the best in the future.

Seems mad we met for the first time when the gym was reopening after Covid. How much has changed since then is mad.

She’ll be missed at Flyefit Portobello no doubt!

Just a coach and his athlete.

I wouldn’t consider myself a powerlifting coach, i’ve only competed in strength sports for about 4 years (3 in strongman, 1 in powerlifting) and i’ve only coached at about 4 or 5 comps now. I’ve still a hell of a lot to learn.

But all of those comps have been a success and my (only) powerlifting client Luke improves with every single one.

It’s a sport of self belief, sound people, pure strength and good craic.

If there’s anyone out there willing to start or improve their powerlifting journey with a coach looking to expand his powerlifting roster, send me a dm. I want my 2nd powerlifting client. 😂

We can learn things together. 💪🏻
