July Summer camps in Cork and Dublin
Savasana always wins as favourite part, kids are so busy these days, they NEED rest and time to regulate 🙇♀️🙇♂️
Of course partner poses are a strong second 🙅♀️🙅♂️ and mindful colouring & drawing are always popular 🎨

We practiced the poses solo first then had great fun putting them together

We finished our last teen yoga course on Crow pose
Definitely one we needed to work up to but fun to master or at least try!
Looking forward to welcoming back some of the same group and to seeing new faces too this Thurs in the wonderful
Six week course starts this Thurs January 26th at 4:30pm, we break for midterm and finish up on March 9th

Loved teaching teens in this fantastic space yesterday eve
is a bright and important city centre studio with a great vibe
I always wish I had found yoga in my teens as a way to connect to my body when I possibly needed to most and to help me navigate trickier teen moods too
Yesterday the teens were equally invested in movement to bring good feeling to the body and relaxation to bring that lovely calm to the mind
Really looking forward to the rest of the classes 🤸🏻♀️🧘♀️🤸🏻♀️

Ya/Yay! OmkidsDublin have rebranded and we are coming back to you soon in 2022 with lots of kids/teen offerings and some adult classes too. We are now Yoyoga Dublin and we can't wait!
